It is true that anything is possible if you have the dedication and determination but what is most important is to know yourself. Only when you know your strengths and weakness, can you become better, better version of yourself. We are individuals and are very much different from each other. what works for me may not work for you. There are lot of factors that needs to be considered before you kickstart your fitness journey. To start with, you have to find out your body type. Because this will help you choose your goals that needs to be set. After this you need to find out how to go about achieving the set goal. Some questions you must try answering are: What kind of work out is best for you, Are you able to gather the energy you need from your food resources? What challenges you and what seems like a piece of cake. What time is best for you to exercise? Finding answers to these questions will help you reach your goal. For example, frequent breaks are my thing. I find that I can put more effort and perform better if I take a break even for few seconds. So I try to do that and end up doing better each day. Whey Protein powder has helped me recover faster and also helped me with my weight loss goals. When we talk about time ,morning is what works best for me but I am still having a hard time trying to sleep early. Hopefully, I will learn to do that soon. So what about you?
